Privacy Notice
How Abundant Eminent (Thailand) Limited handles personal data in connection with this website, under the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019).
1. Who we are
Abundant Eminent (Thailand) Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the % Arabica coffee stores in Thailand and this website, arabicathailand.com. We are the controller of the personal data described below.

2. What we collect and why
Server logs. Our hosting provider records your IP address, the date and time, the page requested and your browser type, in order to run and protect the site.
Enquiries. If you email thailand@arabicasea.com we receive your email address, your name and anything else you choose to tell us, and use it to answer you and keep a record of the enquiry.
Job applications. If you apply for a role we receive the details in your application — your CV, contact details and work history — and use them to assess it.
Website analytics. If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used: the pages you view, how you arrived, your approximate location (city level), your device and browser type, and which buttons you tap, such as links to our online shops or delivery apps. Google Analytics sets cookies on your device and does not receive your name or email address. If you decline, Google Analytics is not loaded. You can change your choice at any time.
How long we keep it. We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes above, and after that for any period required by law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
3. Who we disclose it to
Service providers who process personal data on our behalf under contract, including our website hosting and email providers.
Other companies in the % Arabica group, where necessary for the purposes above.
YouTube (Google), which receives your IP address if you press play on a video embedded on the Films page.
Google (Google Analytics), only if you accept analytics cookies.
Authorities, courts and our professional advisers, where the law requires it.
4. Transfers outside Thailand
Some of our service providers store or process personal data on servers outside Thailand. Where that happens we rely on the protections permitted under sections 28 and 29 of the PDPA.
5. Your rights
Under the PDPA you may ask us to: give you access to your personal data and a copy of it; correct it if it is inaccurate or incomplete; delete it or anonymise it; suspend its use; object to our use of it; or send it to another controller in a machine-readable form. Where we rely on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
To exercise any of these, write to thailand@arabicasea.com. We will reply within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).

การติดต่อสอบถาม หากท่านส่งอีเมลถึงเราที่ thailand@arabicasea.com เราจะได้รับอีเมล ชื่อ และข้อมูลที่ท่านเลือกแจ้งแก่เรา เพื่อใช้ในการตอบกลับและบันทึกการติดต่อ
การสมัครงาน หากท่านสมัครงานกับเรา เราจะได้รับข้อมูลในใบสมัคร ได้แก่ ประวัติย่อ ข้อมูลติดต่อ และประวัติการทำงาน เพื่อใช้พิจารณาใบสมัครของท่าน
การวิเคราะห์การใช้งานเว็บไซต์ หากท่านยอมรับคุกกี้เพื่อการวิเคราะห์ เราใช้ Google Analytics เพื่อทำความเข้าใจการใช้งานเว็บไซต์ ได้แก่ หน้าที่เข้าชม ช่องทางที่เข้ามายังเว็บไซต์ ตำแหน่งโดยประมาณ (ระดับเมือง) ประเภทอุปกรณ์และเบราว์เซอร์ และปุ่มที่ท่านกด เช่น ลิงก์ไปยังร้านค้าออนไลน์หรือแอปเดลิเวอรี Google Analytics จะจัดเก็บคุกกี้ไว้บนอุปกรณ์ของท่าน และไม่ได้รับชื่อหรืออีเมลของท่าน หากท่านปฏิเสธ จะไม่มีการโหลด Google Analytics ท่านสามารถเปลี่ยนการตั้งค่าได้ตลอดเวลา
ระยะเวลาเก็บรักษา เราเก็บรักษาข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลไว้เท่าที่จำเป็นตามวัตถุประสงค์ข้างต้น และหลังจากนั้นเท่าที่กฎหมายกำหนด หรือเท่าที่จำเป็นเพื่อการก่อตั้ง การใช้ หรือการยกขึ้นต่อสู้ซึ่งสิทธิเรียกร้องตามกฎหมาย
3. เราเปิดเผยข้อมูลแก่ใครบ้าง
ผู้ให้บริการที่ประมวลผลข้อมูลในนามของเราภายใต้สัญญา ได้แก่ ผู้ให้บริการโฮสติ้งเว็บไซต์และผู้ให้บริการอีเมล

4. การส่งข้อมูลไปต่างประเทศ
ผู้ให้บริการบางรายของเราจัดเก็บหรือประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลบนเซิร์ฟเวอร์นอกประเทศไทย ในกรณีดังกล่าวเราอาศัยมาตรการคุ้มครองตามมาตรา 28 และ 29 แห่งพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล
5. สิทธิของท่าน
ภายใต้พระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล ท่านมีสิทธิขอให้เรา: เข้าถึงและขอรับสำเนาข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน แก้ไขข้อมูลที่ไม่ถูกต้องหรือไม่สมบูรณ์ ลบหรือทำให้ข้อมูลไม่สามารถระบุตัวบุคคลได้ ระงับการใช้ข้อมูล คัดค้านการประมวลผล หรือขอให้โอนข้อมูลไปยังผู้ควบคุมข้อมูลรายอื่นในรูปแบบที่อ่านได้ด้วยเครื่อง และในกรณีที่เราอาศัยความยินยอม ท่านสามารถถอนความยินยอมได้ตลอดเวลา
หากต้องการใช้สิทธิ กรุณาติดต่อ thailand@arabicasea.com เราจะตอบกลับภายใน 30 วัน และท่านมีสิทธิร้องเรียนต่อคณะกรรมการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (สคส.)
